• Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our chunky knit blankets, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

• Each blanket is crafted individually, making every item unique and personalized to your order specifications.

• Please review your order details carefully before purchasing, including color, size, and any custom options, as changes cannot be made once an order is placed.

Exceptions

• If you receive the wrong item or your blanket arrives damaged, please contact me within 12 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.

• In such rare cases, I will work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement if appropriate.
